sunburst juice

Juice is more palatable if the fruits & vegetables are cold when you juice them. It is always best to drink the juice immediately after juicing. In a pinch, store in a jar with minimal air space one to three hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 red, orange or yellow bells peppers, halved & seeds removed (capsicum)
  • 12 medium to large strawberries hulled
  • 5 medium carrots trimmed of tops

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order given, into the chute of a juice extractor & collect the juice in a jug or glass. Makes about 2 cups.
